Nicola is an international  Professional Certified Coach (PCC) , an ICF member and a corporate and university-based educator.  She partners with company leaders and teams to improve leadership capability, team engagement and workplace performance.

Nicola’s expertise comes from teaching IT computer teams to work together, coaching hundreds of clients and continuous on-going learning that keeps her alive.

Her experience of working with unhappy senior career transition clients is the catalyst for her work empowering leaders. She found that employees often left the job due to a crises with their boss or the environment. Often the boss had little leadership support or training. She saw this as an opportunity to make a difference for all parties involved and pursued more training in executive coaching.   She believes that happy employees make for happy leaders and better bottom line results.

As a facilitator, Nicola delivers training that is fun, practical and interactive.

As a coach, clients say “that she understands them quickly and accurately”, “asks powerful questions”, and “gives clarity and direction”.

Her coaching philosophy is “Play to your strengths”. She starts by looking at what is already working well for you, and then helps you to leverage these natural talents to achieve your goals. Indeed, according to Gallup, people who use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged on the job, and teams that focus on their strengths have 12.5% greater productivity.
