I've walked your path - Based on my research, my experience with coaching high-performers as well as my background:
I'm the author of the recently published book, Burnout Be Gone: Healthy Habits for the Overwhelmed Perfectionist at Work
It's based on agile principals, my 10+ year background in IT and time spent with as an organizer of the local agile meet-up group for 4 years.
My approach is adventurous and humorous. I believe that it is good to take a lighter approach to a heavy topic.
I've taken courses in counselling as well as being a member in good standing with the International Coach Federation (ICF) association at Professional Certified Coach level.
Background in corporate, academic, and non-profit - I've been there.
I've worked in career coaching first and then leadership coaching
