I worked in corporate, academic, and non-profit - I've been there.


I am educated an an executive coach and certified as a Professional Certified Coach.

I'm the author of the recently published book, Burnout Be Gone: Healthy Habits for the Overwhelmed Perfectionist at Work


It's based on agile principals, my 10+ year background in IT and time spent with as an organizer of the local agile meet-up group for 4 years.

My approach is adventurous and humorous. I believe that it is good to take a lighter approach to a heavy topic.
