What's included in the program?

ASSESSMENTS:
Monitor your progress with 2 assessments: one before and one after the program.

INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS:
Access eight 10-minute videos to enjoy at your own pace before live group sessions.

LIVE GROUP SESSIONS:
Participate in eight 40-minute live group sessions facilitated by Nicola herself.

DAILY AND WEEKLY HABITS:
Implement daily and weekly habits provided in the journal between sessions to enhance your resilience.

COMMUNITY INTERACTION:
Join our community to engage with fellow participants and share experiences.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION:
Receive a certificate of completion upon successfully finishing the program.

Frequently Asked Questions

No specific requirements are needed to join our resilience training program, other than being a leader in some capacity. Regarding burnout, if you’ve experienced it in the past and are now in a position to move forward, you’re welcome to participate. However, if you’re currently experiencing burnout, our 1:1 program may be more suitable, offering personalized attention and tailored strategies to address your specific needs.

You may be eligible for grants to offset the cost. Nicola facilitates access to the Alberta Job Grant and provides assistance with the application process. For more details, including eligibility criteria and application instructions, please visit [link].

Yes, upon successful completion of the training program, which typically consists of between 21 to 30 hours of instruction, participants will be awarded a certificate or documentation of completion. This certificate serves as formal recognition of their dedication and the valuable skills acquired throughout the program

Yes, Nicola also offers one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs at special rates following the group program. You can choose from a single session, a package of sessions, or even a VIP day for a more intensive coaching experience. These personalized coaching options provide focused support to help you address on-going challenges, achieve your goals, and enhance your resilience.
