Incorporating strategies to address overthinking, anxiety, and negative emotions are valuable to manage stress and feel energized. Tools like Brain Relaxation Exercises (BREs) can promote present-moment awareness and a calm mind. When faced with negative emotions, you can interrupt stress spirals and think about what is possible with the Five Rs tool—recognizing, relaxing, revisiting, reframing and responding with healthier habits.  Additionally, tapping into positivity daily with gratitudes can help to keep the mind more balanced and positive.
