Strengths Challenge

Welcome to the challenge

Our mission is to help Individuals, Teams and Organizations achieve their goals, by helping leaders and their teams thrive.

One way to better thrive, grow and develop is by ‘playing to your strengths’. That is, knowing and doing more of what you naturally do well.

First, though, you need to know your strengths (self-awareness is the first part of emotional intelligence), hence the 3-minute quiz. Second, for them to become second nature, you need to practise them…that’s the playing piece and the challenge! To help with this part, you”ll receive a free 10-page guide.

The science and research is conclusive on this. You are better to focus on your strengths and manage your weaknesses. What’s more, “Playing to your Strengths,” will bring more happiness into your life.

What is unique about the Eight Cognitive Function strengths used in this assessment?

The eight Cognitive functions/strengths are part of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI). I have found this information on Cognitive strengths to be the least available, but the most useful, in helping individuals understand their cognitive strengths. Most introductory texts focus on the four dichotomies – Extroversion-Introversion, Sensing-Intuition, Thinking-Feeling, Judging-Perceiving. Cognitive Strengths come under the scope of “Type Development”.

So let’s do this. Let’s start the journey towards more meaning, enjoyment and success, in both work and life.
