My Journey with mental health

I wanted to take a moment to share a bit about my personal journey with mental health, particularly my experience with burnout.

It’s been a challenging road with burnout, but I’ve learned so much about myself along the way.

If you’re going through something similar, know that you’re not alone. It’s okay to take a step back, ask for help, and take care of yourself. You’re human, and you deserve kindness and compassion from yourself most of all.
